Job Description:

Ace needs a Customer Service Representative. Job description is: To serve customer needs or problems with a professional attitude, while processing company service agreements, expenses, and sales in the most effective efficient manner possible. Knowledge of computers and programs a must. Must have Knowledge of excel. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not necessary.

Experience and Skills:

Education/Experience- High school diploma preferred. No licenses or certifications are required. Must have great organization skills, be able to type 30 WPM, and have senses of sight, speech and hearing.

Language/Reasoning skills- Ability to resolve situations with sensitive customers. Must have patience and reasoning skills to explain disposal operations. Knowledge of Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Utah and Tooele County helpful. As well as problem solving communication and legible writing. Must take an evaluation at each term required. Senses of sight, speech and hearing are required. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not necessary.
