- Valid driver's license required.
- CDL required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Previous commercial driving or route service experience preferred.
- Experience operating hydraulic equipment or heavy equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read maps, follow routes, and locate customer addresses.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

This position regularly requires:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Pushing and pulling containers weighing up to 3,000 pounds with
proper equipment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing,
and twisting.
- Entering and exiting the truck multiple times throughout the day.
- Driving for extended periods.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work Environment
The majority of the workday is spent operating a mobile shredding
truck while traveling to customer locations throughout the service area.
Employees should expect exposure to:
- Heat, cold, rain, snow, and other outdoor conditions.
- Traffic and construction zones.
- Noise generated by industrial shredding equipment.
- Dust and occasional odors associated with waste and recycling operations.
Required personal protective equipment (PPE) includes steel-toed
boots, safety glasses, and any additional PPE required by company policy.
