Utah County Account Representative

Job Description:

ACE Recycling and Disposal is looking for a motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Utah County. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, offering tailored service solutions, and supporting business growth through strong communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in the field, managing multiple accounts, and handling a variety of business customers and residential interactions. This position requires a lot of follow through and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside sales visits and assess customer requirements across residential and commercial sectors
• Accurately enter data and manage account information using our CRM, Excel, Word, and other Windows-based programs
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Draft professional correspondence for businesses and customer entities
• Resolve service issues such as sizing, pricing, and replacement with prompt and professional judgment
• Maintain a well-organized schedule for appointments, follow-ups, and lead tracking
• Represent the company with integrity, reliability, and professionalism at all times

Experience and Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly in customer-facing situations
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively
• High level of comfort with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Clear handwriting and professional appearance
• Basic math proficiency, including ratios, percentages, and volume calculations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the waste and recycling industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
